A Cruise for a Family of Four on Carnival Cruise lines can be YOURS!
From now until August 1, 2008 you can make a donation and be entered into our drawing for your chance to win a cruise aboard one of Carnival's new family fun ships! Drawing will be held on Monday, September 15, 2008 at Disneyland during our private party dinner and Amateur Talent Show. Proceeds benefit home educator families to be able to go on field trips, and participate in activities that they otherwise would not be able to afford.
Grand Prize: A Carnival Cruise for a family of four (All in same cabin, oceanview room. Certificate is fully upgradable at the discretion of the winner. Winner will have 12 months from date of drawing to redeem certificate and book cruise. Cruise is 5 days minimum. Destination is winner's choice based on availability and must depart not later than 15 months from date of drawing).

We have homeschoolers who are currently enrolled in our fundraising program to earn their way to attend various field trips such as the regional Disneyland trip in September 2008, and Tall Ships Expedition in October 2008. These field trips provide strong academic enrichment and will enhance units of study in Physics, Leadership, the arts, or navigation by sea. Many more field trips are upcoming, as well as the opportunity to participate in virtual student body activities.
These things cost money and we all know that part of the sacrifice of being able to homeschool is having to find creative ways to fund field trips. SHEA has made it possible for homeschoolers to earn their way to the field trips that apply to their particular unit of study, and you can help support these homeschoolers by donating today.
For every $5.00 donation, you will be entered in our drawing for a free Carnival Cruise for a family of four! The drawing will be held at Disneyland during our Amateur Talent Show and private party dinner on September 15, 2008. Second and third place prizes are a Wii game system, and an Ipod Classic. Winners will also be announced on the website by September 25, 2008. Participating families are on a rotation system, and your online purchase will be applied to the next family on the list.
Remember, raffle tickets are void where prohibited and purchases made from states where raffle tickets are void will not be refunded.
